Miranda and her team were great to work with. I am/was a first time buyer looking to get a 1 bedroom condo. I was pointed to Miranda through a friend Miranda to get their first house. Although my budget and experience in the housing market were modest in comparison, Miranda took the time to carefully walk me through everything I needed to know and set-up viewings for places I didn't find on my own while doing various website searches. On top of that, she introduced me to an affiliated mortgage broker who secured me a great deal (lower rate than what my own bank would give me) and who equally worked to sort through not only what I'd need to for a down-payment, but what expected taxes and condo fees would run me. I would definitely recommend the team. Buying in Toronto is incredibly stressful, so having someone to hand-hold me through the process was a massive help.

The experience of both buying and selling my house with Miranda was outstanding. She negotiated a below-asking price when I bought and five years later when I sold the house, Miranda got me a price that was well above asking. The best part of the whole

Always very responsive, Miranda made me feel like I was a priority and really took the time to understand my needs and tastes. We were looking for a rental from afar and Miranda was amazing to deal with! Given we
were doing things from a distance, relocating two jobs and a daughter going into high school, it was a fairly stressful experience and Miranda fully understood this, being super available as we researched online and we other a couple of visits to the city.
