Homes by Miranda is a brand that encompasses all of my passions: Connecting with people, Interior Design, Project Management, Home Staging & Sales.  I am a one stop shop for Buyers & Sellers - a brand created to ease the stress of moving for my clients!


My goal is to help busy families with their real estate needs by sharing design expertise so that you can free up time to do what is important to you!  


What does this mean?


Selling:


Interior Design consultation & planning, management of trades while prepping homes for sale, support & decision making help, full staging services.  We take on the delegating, the design choices, the entire process & create a showstopper home ready for MLS! 


Buying:


On the buyer side, we do the same!

Design advice, management of contractors/painters etc. to create  spaces for clients whether it will be a flip, an income suite or a forever home.  Sometimes finding the "diamond in the rough" & doing your own updates is the best way to purchase in this market!
